The Arabesque Hall, one of the most spectacular interiors of the Great Tsarskoye Selo Palace designed by Charles Cameron for Empress Catherine the Great in the 1780s and destroyed during World War II, is planned to open for visitors in autumn 2010 after re-creation work that lasted since 2006.
