Museum Custodian Uniform

Keeping order inside the walls of this “world of art”, our custodians are ready to help the visitor out in every hall of the museum at any time. The way they look considerably defines what impression the visitor gets. We hope the new uniform of our custodians, specially designed as one of the marks of Tsarskoye Selo’s 300th anniversary, will make visiting the Catherine Palace even more enjoyable.    

The spring/summer set (see the picture) consists of a blouse, a skirt and a waistcoat, and the autumn/winter set of a blouse, trousers and a jacket. The delicate gray/light blue and beige colours of the sets are harmoniously complemented with a golden, museum logo embellished neckpiece.
